Point of my review: YOU NEED ERICH! We made one offer on one BEAUTIFUL house in a beautiful neighborhood and got it!! None of which would’ve been possible without Erich’s expertise and guidance. My husband and I: two millennials trying to buy our first home in the midst of a pandemic. Suffice it to say, the buyers market wasn’t the greatest, especially in our price range. My husband and I had our hearts set on living in San Diego but we were at the point of giving up and waiting for housing inventory to improve. In a last ditch effort (sitting in the parking lot of a Starbucks, no less) we did a super quick google search before calling it quits, and that is exactly how we found Erich, AKA the best realtor in all of San Diego (and everywhere else homes exist). To say Erich was our saving grace would be such an understatement. We really thought it was impossible to become homeowners without having to make major sacrifices but Erich saved the day! I moved from Rhode Island to San Diego and Eric had made the process very very easy! He was always available for questions, which there were more than could be counted. His ability to foresee upcoming issues before I did and he was already working hard to resolve them and his advise and knowledge of the crazy market conditions were greatly appreciated. Negotiations were tough at times and Eric exceeded any expectations I had. First time buying in CA and made me feel at ease with the process.
